How am I billed?
Your account is charged on the 1st day of the month.
How many users am I billed for?
You are billed for the amount of employees you have registered on the 1st of every month.

Where can I see my company information?
Check out your company info on your Pryze Dashboard. Click on the “COMPANY PROFILE” tab to view &/or edit your company information.
How do I add an additional manager or admin to my account?
Great, we can do that for you. After the new manager or admin creates their Pryze account on the app please tell your Pryze Champion (PC) to contact us by sending the new manager or admins First Name & Last Name & saying “Please add this admin to our account”.

How do I edit my business hours or store names?
Edit your business hours & store names on your Pryze Dashboard. Click on the “STORE PROFILE” tab to view &/or edit your store information.
How do I get more Pryze Points?
Purchase additional Pryze Points directly through your dashboard or contact support@pryzeapp.com to process the request for you.
Help! It's a new month and I can't see my my points.
No biggie. Make sure you click “ADD POINTS” to add in this month's points. If you still don't see your points contact us at support@pryzeapp.com for assistance.
The app says my username or password are incorrect.
Make sure to double check spelling, special characters & capitalization. If you are still having trouble logging in email support@pryzaapp.com for more help.

I just signed up on the app with my information, now what?
Yay! Great job creating your account, now you just have to earn points towards free stuff. Log-in & then after logging in to your account:
1. Press the timer whenever you're at work. If it’s green, it’s working!
2. Accomplish the goals your company set to earn points.

I signed-up but I can't log-in.
After signing up, click log in on the main screen. Log in with the information you just created. Make sure to double check spelling, special characters & capitalization. If you are still having trouble logging in email support@pryzaapp.com for more help.
Where is my verification code?
Your verification code or company code is located on your sign up sheet in the lower right corner. It is made of letters & numbers & is case SeNsitIvE. This code is not emailed to you!
If you can't find it on your sign-up sheet, ask your Pryze Champion (PC) to give you the code.
Accumulate your points and then redeem your favorite rewards on the app.

Do I have to allow access to my location?
Yes, please! This is a work app so it only works at work.
Please “ALLOW WHILE USING” so that you can earn points for just being at work.
Do I have to allow push notifications?
Yes, please do, we only send 2 push notifications.
#1 Will tell you you are awesome & earning points.
#2 Will tell you to come back & get more points.
Sooooo, it’s definitely up to you but we do recommend it!
I forgot my password.
No worries, we can help. Email “forgot password” along with your First Name, Last Name & store name to support@pryzaapp.com & we will help you reset it.
I selected the wrong company or store.
OH-NO! Please tell your Pryze Champion (PC). Tell them to contact us about this ASAP so we can fix it.
How do I change my profile picture?
Change your profile picture in the app! Click on the button that looks like a human (bottom right) then click on the 3 dots (top right corner). Select “PROFILE” then select “CHANGE PICTURE”. Add your favorite pic!

I redeemed a prize, now what?
YAY! Congrats on earning some awesome rewards. Your prize will be sent to the email you used to create your Pryze account. If you need additional help with this, contact your Pryze Champion (PC).

Where/how do I get my rewards?
Rewards are emailed to you, so check your inbox! If you need additional help with this, contact your Pryze Champion (PC).
How long does it take to earn a reward?
It depends on you! The more you Pryze the faster you earn rewards. You earn 1 point for every 30 mins on Pryze, so use it all shift! You ALSO get Pryze points when you accomplish work goals so be on the lookout for all the small goals you can accomplish every day.
What kind of rewards can I earn?
We work hard to make you happy! Rewards can vary from food to electronics to subscriptions & cash & travel. Many of your favorite brands are available on Pryze. Some fan favorites are:
Amazon, Visa, Apple, Xbox, Nintendo, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Vans, Journeys, Walmart, Best Buy, Bath & Body Works, Airbnb, Jetblue & so much more!
What if I don't see a reward I want to earn?
If you don't see something you want, tell your Pryze Champion (PC) to put in a reward request for you. We want to provide you with awesome reward options so we are always customizing the platform to your needs & wants.
My rewards say "Only available in Virginia, is that true?
No, so sorry about that! We are working on updating that. If you see the rewards on your app then they are available to you.
What is a Pryze Champion (PC)?
A PC or Pryze Champion is your direct line of contact to Pryze. This allows for fast & easy communications for feedback, support, extra bonus point days & more!

What can my PC help me with?
EVERYTHING! Your PC has access to everything you may need from Pryze. They will always be able to help in a timely manner.
Who is my PC?
If you are a company admin or manager - you choose the PC during onboarding. This does not have to be a manager & can be any employee you think will be great at motivating the team to Pryze.
If you are an employee - ask your manager or store owner who the PC is in your location.
Do you offer support in any other languages?

Help! My timer isn't turning green!

Are you at work??? Pryze only works at work during work hours. If you are not at work, try again when you are back in.

My timer is randomly stopping throughout the day.
The Pryze screen must be open (your phone can be locked) for the timer to be running SO if you are exiting the app all day then the timer stops & you won't be getting your Pryze Points. Also double check your internet connection, if it's weak, the timer might take a little longer to update it’s information, try using wi-fi! If you are still having some issues, contact your Pryze Champion (PC) for additional help.
My timer is running but the points aren't counting.
