Are there setup fees or implementation costs?
No setup fees on the standard $10 per-employee plan. Enterprise rollouts include a one-time launch fee that's quoted based on the number of locations and the scope of integration work.
How long does it take to launch?
Most customers are live in 14–21 days. Enterprise rollouts run on a 30–60 day plan depending on the number of locations and the complexity of integrations. We bring a dedicated launch manager to every customer. We work on your schedule.
How are rewards funded and fulfilled?
Rewards are fully funded and fulfilled by Pryze. Pryze handles all reward redemptions, fulfillments, and funding. We maintain the rewards catalog, send the rewards to your employees, and make sure they are received. We work with sponsors and partners in the community to make sure rewards are covered and Pryze stays affordable for your business and exciting for your team members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans cancel anytime. Enterprise contracts run 12–36 months with custom terms. Check your contract for terms and conditions.
What does "per location" mean for my pricing?
A location is a physical store, restaurant, studio, or service site. Multiple locations on one contract may receive discounts or qualify for Enterprise pricing.
Do I have to pay taxes on employee rewards?
All taxes on rewards are handled by Pryze. You are not responsible for paying or reporting taxes on gift cards since Pryze already does that for you. We are compliant in all US states including California.
